About Mark Lupo
I’ve always been a designer. I can’t help myself. It is what I love to do. At age 7, I had the coolest tree fort in the neighborhood – it was my first interior design project. I sourced fabric, carpet remnants and furniture to create just the right ambiance. It was the talk of the neighborhood.
As a pre-teen, I used trick-or-treating as an opportunity to sneak a glimpse inside my favorite homes. Forget the candy, I wanted to see the crown molding and unique design features! After repainting the trim and completely transforming the look of my parent’s home, the neighbors asked my advice on paint color for the exterior of their homes. I was 12.
I just don’t design homes, I tell stories. I let the house speak to me and determine the story it will tell based on your goals, your hopes, your dreams, your life style. I’ve designed homes for affluent, well-known clients around the country as well as those on a budget. It is not the size of the project, but the size of your vision that inspires me.
